These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zs999a ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the zs999a website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, wallet functions, and any related services offered at zs999a.vip.

• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and their immediate family members associated with zs999a or its technology and game providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

To access the full features of zs999a, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing withdrawals, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on the zs999a platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• KYC verification: zs999a operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time zs999a reasonably requests verification.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility.
• Account closure: zs999a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to violate these Terms, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

zs999a will send account-related communications to the email address or phone number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep this contact information current and to monitor communications from the platform.

All financial transactions on zs999a are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported methods: Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, QR Pay, and Cash OTC. Available methods may vary by account status and are subject to change.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and the payment method selected.
• Deposit processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your zs999a wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on banking network conditions.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit to your account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.

zs999a reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting accounts that demonstrate evidence of professional exploitation of pricing errors, arbitrage, or systematic bonus abuse, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

zs999a offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible players. The following terms apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough" requirements). The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live table games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs999a platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false or third-party identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or zs999a support staff

All content on the zs999a platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of zs999a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform
• Use zs999a's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the platform or its content for any purpose
• Sub-licence, sell, or otherwise transfer your access rights to any third party

Any unauthorised use of zs999a's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999a and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond zs999a's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Decisions made on the basis of information, odds, or statistics published on the platform
• Any third-party payment processing delays or errors beyond zs999a's direct control

zs999a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

If you object to any change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account. Requests to close an account on this basis will be processed promptly and any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under internationally recognised gaming authority oversight.

In the event of any dispute between you and zs999a arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly through our internal complaints procedure.

The provisions of these Terms are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
